 Joining Watchers Everyone can become a watcher. (Unless your profile is empty and anything else is suspicious) Watcher is the right position for people who enjoy the work here and also want to vote, but don't want to or do not have the art to submit. Members Members are people who are able to submit their work. You must have at least some work up to the submission standard in your gallery. If you are unsure it might be better to watch us first and then become a member. (This means you have to have at least 3+ children images depending on your gallery size) You can join by pressing join group. You must be active in the group. (If you are inactive for more than 2 months you will be repromoted to watcher) You must watch us! I will kick out anyone who removed us from their watch list. Please only join if you can live with your work being rejected if it doesn't suit our group. You can submit 1 work per week. You can suggest (unlimited) favs. You can take part and vote in contests. You can take part in group activities. Blogger/ Little Helpers Category for members who submit blogs on a 1/month basis. If you are interested in the position write me a note. Can submit 2 deviations per week. Can submit blogs. Otherwise the same abilities as members. Wishing Fairies/ Birthday wishers These are our good souls who make sure that all the people having their birthday get a birthday wish. If you'd like to apply, write a note to me. Submission rules  Fav Suggestions Can be made by members and contributors. May not be your own work. May be any visual medium. Must be related to children. Only highest quality works! Gallery submissions You have to go to the gallery and press the submit to this gallery button and chose the contribute an existing work. Can be made by members only. May be any visual medium. Only 1 per week. Must be related to children. This means, it does not always have to include a child itself, but things related to children, like toys, or also pregnancy images. Since it is not always clear how old the child is and to what age one is still I child I will rather base my decision on the style of the photograph, if the 'model' is rather depicted as a teenager (make up etc.) then it will not be accepted. But generally our definition of children is up to 12 years. May not be just any family snapshot/ sketch but quality work, in either the concept, technique or post processing. I know that this is very subjective, so please don't get offended if you get declined, and do not submit if you are too sensitive. I definitely don't want any complaints saying but this and this got accepted why not mine. And no hateful comments on other people!If you are unsure however feel free to just ask. Nothing racist, sexual, hateful, harmful to the child etc. will be accepted at all. Our general rule is that we don't accept anime, because the distinction between children and adults is a bit problematic there, there might be a few exception. Keep your submissions versatile. Too similar images might get rejected.If there are any questions, feel free to note the group. |
